Here are all the answers

ALL ANSWERS ARE EDIBLE :- Meat, Fish, Herbs, etc.

The Wedding of ROSEMARY and BASIL

The day started a bit CHILLI but soon improved. The bride looked lovely, her dress had a sweet HEART neckline with SCALLOPS and her complexion was of PEACHES and CREAM . Her mother wore a SALMON pink dress with LEG OF MUTTON sleeves but her father looked rather comical in a PORK PIE HAT. The bridegroom’s buttonhole was damaged so he went into the garden to PICCALILLI.

There were 200 guests which caused quite a JAM in the village. Guests were asked not to PARKIN the main street. Among the guests were the Earl of SANDWICH and his daughter, VICTORIA SANDWICH also Miss SORREL and Mr JOHN DORY.

After the service they were greeted by a PEEL of bells and had to DUCK the confetti and RICE.

The PLAICE for the reception was very grand but the bride’s mother complained as there were CHIPS in some plates. The bride’s great grandfather, who was an old SEA SALT proposed the TOAST and said he hoped everyone would have an enjoyable THYME. He joked about the starter he was offered at the wedding breakfast, and said he couldn’t sail in a MELON BOAT. His wife sat quietly by, looking severe, with her HARE in a BUN. The next day SUNDAE, the bride and groom left by boat from DOVER’s SOLE hotel for their HONEY moon in France, followed by a week in TURKEY.

I hope you have enjoyed this little tale and are not too CHEESE’d off by it.
