I always have plenty of beef minced meat in the freezer as you can make so many different meals
with it and it is so reasonably priced.

Can anyone add to this list.

Beef curry
Mince and onion meat pies
Cornish pasties
Spaghetti Bolognaise
Chilli con Carne
Cottage Pie
Beef meat balls
Lasagne
Fricassee of beef
Sea Pie. ( Minced Beef with a suet pastry topping)
Beefburgers

I'm not keen on mince but Davy loves it. I can't think of anything else to do with mince.

Never been keen on mince because they can disguise just anything in it.

I fill the freezer with free-range meat and for all the foods you mention I might use a bit of skirt, lean pork, lamb, chicken ... or just veggies.

Indian kofta (yes, I know they are just spicy meat balls, but trev wouldn't eat them if I told him that), and beef kebab.

As a young girl I had a cookery book - 100 marvellous meals with mince, which was very well used.

I not a strict vegetarian a such because I still very much enjoy fish, but I replace mince with Quorn mainly because it's an excellent form of quality food, and very nutritional source of protein etc.

I must admit I only buy my mince from Waitrose or I mince my own up from joints of beef which being on our own we only use some of it then it's minced and put in the freezer.

You can also pour Yorkshire Pudding batter over mince. It has to be a bit dry though, not swimming in gravy.

Mmmmmmm, tasty........
