Caroljoyce, tell Tiddles to clear out his cookies and clean up his cache, that usually does the trick, if not then Oddie will be back home in a couple of days and she'll try and sort it out then

I always clear my cookies out by hand not by one of the programs that do it.

All your passwords are stored in cookies, I clear mine out once a week like this.

I go through them and delete the ones from sites that do not want a password, then I make a back up of them.

The next time it clear my cookies out I delete all of them then just copy my back up over. Then I have cleared all cookies out without the lose of my passwords.
