Pete Postlethwaite has passed away, he was only 64, a great loss to the acting profession RIP

We so loved him as an actor, one of our favourite films is Brassed Off and he was so brilliant in his acting with the late great Thora Hird. We could watch Lost for Words any time. A sad loss.

Me too June .... that was one of the most brilliant television programmes I have ever seen. It was apparently based on his experience with his mor=ther when she suffered dementia. I hope they repeat it

I can just imagine Pete and Thora having a good chinwag on the other side
