Just a tip - - - if you feel energetic sit down for a while and the feeling will wear off.

Love it and love Wii Sports and Wii Sport Resort. Favourites on that is 10-pin bowling and table tennis.

My legs wouldn't allow that, but love the ten pin bowling.

I think I'll stick with the conventional stuff I do on a weekly/monthly basis... Wii is only a fad... I bet you don't stick at it!!

I have seen them advertised on television and they look interesting - I think that further investigation on my part is called for.

Hey, you're pretty fit to do that.
I try running on the treadmill at the gym.... but I have to run for 3 mins at a speed of 8 mph ...then I walk for 1 minute before I start running again.
I just can't seem to run non stop for any length of time but I'm working on it.
