Research is part of my work and I followed the studies about fitness. They all show that oxygen and fresh air are the most crucial elements.

People who do a fast walk, each day, are found to be much fitter and healthier than those running, or using gyms. Running is too hard on the joints and people breath stale air in gyms, which defeats the object.

Exercising on a board at home may be more effective if done by an open window?
