I try to be as organic as possible in the garden and, in any case, there are not many things you can buy to get rid of spider mite so, I have been experimenting these past two days.

First of all I sprayed them with washing up liquid - but next day they were still there.

Yesterday, I used soap flakes spray with no results.

This morning I have added a desertspoon of cornflour to the soap flake mixture and they're not moving at all now.

Again; a very belated response. I'm making discoveries here!

I shall try this orificebunga! These little buggers migrated to the southern hemisphere; I even have red spider mite on my car and on the Coalbrookdale garden set!

The following is a view of a red spider mite under the microscope, when it is cornfloured and exceedingly constipated..................
