Recovery - what recovery!

"£650 million apology to Pakistan"telling how my bankrupt country is giving a bliddy great fortune to the nuclear-weapon producing country of Pakistan to help pay to educate that nation's children and to make amends for some perceived previous Muslim slight.
I don't know why they don't change the name of the Houses of Parliament to the Political Asylum!
