At long last, the European Court has had a moment of good, old-fashioned common-sense - Abu Hamza is to be deported to the US for trial.

I'm not holding my breath, though, as he has 3 months in which to appeal.

Let's hope that common-sense has returned for good and look forward to seeing him and the other terrorists getting the justice they rightly deserve.

I suppose his family will be staying here living the life of tax-free Riley on all the benefits they get and in the house they would never had been able to afford elsewhere.

HOW MANY TIMES WILL THIS T .T BE ALLOWED TO APPEAL, THEY HAVE SAID HE SHOULD BE DEPORTED TO ANSWER CHARGES AND IN VIEW OF THE DAMAGE HE HAS DONE AND WILL DO AGAIN IF RELEASED THERE SHOULD BE NO QUESTION OF APPEAL. HAD THIS HAPPENED IN HIS COUNTRY THE PERPETRATOR WOULD BE DEPORTED STRAIGHT AWAY, NO QUESTION OF APPEAL, UNLESS THEY SHOT HIM FIRST THAT IS. FED=UP LIKE EVERYONE ELSE OF KEEPING THESE DREGS OF SOCIETY ON BENEFITS WHICH ARE GIVEN BY THE HARDWORKING PEOPLE AND THE ONES THESE TREACHEROUS PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO KILL. dEPORT THE WHOLE LOT.
