Binge and tax

Postby maggiesaes » Mon Oct 30, 2006 8:49 am

What a joke isn't it the health minister now suggesting that the government put extra taxes on drinks to discourage binge drinking.
Who was it that against ALL advice introduced 24 hour licensing hours and said it would benefit the majority of social adult drinkers.
I suppose an increase in tax will benefit us too then?!

True-they all have the cheek to say-''Nobody goes into politics for the money''

Really? That comes along by accident I suppose that's why they all finish up millionaires.
