I am flabbergasted at the cheek of our MPs asking for such a massive pay hike,and I wonder what happens to all those ''We don't go into politics for the money it's a vocation,we do it because we want to serve our country.'' smarmy devils who try to con as at election time.

From what I've seen of some of them they'd be hard pushed to get employment elsewhere.

They ought to try a year on an old age pension.
