Its just a pity that he may get out in around 10 years.

I agree Steve.
I wonder what the sentence would have been if the victims had been a white American family. Not, I suspect, the chance of parole after 10 years.

Sadly war brings out the worst in some people and these men deserve any punishment they get

They make me sick - no amount of remorse should allow them their freeedom after 100 years nver mind ten. What with the friendly fire, the unprovoked attacks on prisoners and now this, you wonder what kind of upbringing these peopl have had to make them so evil.

I certainly wouldn't want to meet any of 'em - as you say you just wonder how they grow up like that in a so called civlised society.

Yes I'm afraid you are right VM-there seems to have been little progress on the civilisation front.
