It begs the question, should we get our Kids / Grandkids to write to them, perhaps there is more chance of a result. Good PR and all that.

Well, they are the future voters! Actually, my brother in law and his siblings all went to Lochinver School before high school, which necessitated living away from home.

Everything always done for money, instead of quality of life.

Small village schools are a great environment for children but that counts for nothing.

Plenty of money for wars.

This is where all their arguments show they don't hold water. Plenty of money for wars and testing weapons, plenty of money for building nuclear powerr stations and inventing chemical and viral weapons - but no money for hosdpitals, NHS, schools - anything that benefits the people. No wonder young people are disillusioned. We were the generation of love and peace - what happened to us?
