New Speaker

Postby Monika » Tue Jun 23, 2009 4:30 pm

So, they had to get rid of the old one before he did any more damage.

Now they've chosen a new one and just to show that they couldn't give a fiddler's f**t about the rest of us despite all the promises of more openness and honesty, they've chosen yet another free-loader who is currently paying back his ill-gotten gains. Not only that, he's the most unpopular man in the house.

I am outraged YET AGAIN!

Roll on the next election when we get rid of all of these shameless racketeers.

No, Tony!

What I'm saying is that all these fraudsters, rip-off merchants, thieves, have no place in Westminster; they should not be given rewarding jobs (with hefty pensions at the end) - they should be out - on their ear - up the creek without a paddle, etc. (I would have liked to have seen a squeaky-clean new speaker and, of course, that does not include Cameron)

I don't care what political colour these offenders are - come the next election, it's up to us to get rid of the beggars and raise the standard and, as I said, I cannot wait!!!

I agree Monika but this is 2009 and when we get rid of this bunch of corrupt b**tards we will just end up with another bunch of corrupt bast**ds.

Remind who promoted the idea that greed was good? It wasn't ideal before that but it certainly got a whole lot worse after.

There's not one of them worth their salary - never mind their cheating over expenses. Waste of space.

It is prasctice that the speaker is not challenged in his constiuancy, he keeps his place as an MP. Now if the constiuancy party have any bottle they would de select this sponger. I say this as I aghat we cannot have someone who has been fiddling their expenses making up new rules to stop MP's fiddling their expenses.

I see this as not requiering a judge jury or prosecutor in a court, just let the accused handle the whole trial. We now the outcome.....no need for new prisons for one.

Now another way to get rid of this sponger would be for a independant to stand against him.....So what about Martin Bell or Ms Ranson, someone high profile that could win the seat on an anti sleeze ticket.

Oh dear Stevie - I wish - you wish - but as far as they're concerned we can all go to hell in a hand-cart.

They are only interested in feathering their own nests.
