My HP printer went senile last week, telling me that my ink cartridges were missing (or" not detected"). I tried all kinds of things; none of them worked - so - bought a new Kodak one which I have now installed.

However - I cannot get it to print from "My Pictures"

It tells lies! It says that it is printing but just puts them in a queue - then nothing.

The only way I can get it to print an on-screen document etc is to first do "Print Preview" and Print from that screen, if I try to Print from the "Open" menu it also puts it in a queue.

Help???????

I went to Kodak and downloaded another installation and it works
