Help re access to Daily Quiz site

Postby Monika » Sun Sep 09, 2007 10:51 am

I am having problems logging on to the Fun Trivia site - both on my link from the Daily Quiz here and even when I Google "Fun Trivia.com".

I get an error message but, being as technically minded as a lobotomised snail, I can't understand it and don't know what to do.

Everything was Ok when I closed down yesterday.

The message is as follows:

Error Executing Database Query.
Communication failure during handshake. Is there a server running on 10.5.226.4:3306?

Please try the following:
Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.

Thanks, vannin ...................... I have taken my computer back to 2 days ago on "system restore" but it hasn't solved it.

Does this mean that they have a bug?
