Migrating taskbar

I have recently upgraded the 'Google Earth' free programme and, this morning I have been exploring its facilities.

Now that I have come off there, I find my task bar is now located down the RH side of my screen whereas, before, it ran along the bottom of it.

I've been into Control Panel/Task bar but can't find any buttons to push to get it back.

I have also tried shutting down and rebooting but it seems determined to keep it on the RH side.

HELP !

Click on it, hold it, and drag it to the bottom.

Btw in the new Google Earth program which also includes the sky at night, if you press Ctrl/Alt/a or Ctrl/a whichever works for you ........ you get a flight simulator!
I managed to take off from Heathrow and land in the Thames!!
