Who do you use Penny? Is it a forgotten password maybe or typed in with capitals?

Maybe do a restore of your system?

I`d leave it for a few hours and try again. The server being down is the most likely problem.

Thanks folk. I press the signal at the bottom and a little light goes round but instead of Emails coming up the little light vanishes. As my son fixed all this up I have no idea who or where it comes from. I will leave it until tomorrow as I do know the server has been down for a time. Many thanks folks.
