We had a good evening on Thursday with friends, gossiping and laughing and stuffing ourselves to bursting point in what turned out to be a superb restaurant. Yesterday was spent gossiping to old friends on the phone, drinking delicious wine and having a mostly idle time because I firmly believe you shouldn't have to do any work on your birthday if you don't want to. Back to normal now for another 364 days .....
