Just heard t'day that a wee corner of extreme wildlife activity that I watch while on me work related executive smokin seat is gonna be wiped by a developer... it's only a triangle of wilderness about 15 feet wide.. but in that space I see ducks.. rabbits... new chicks being fed... scattered crumbs bring all sorts of small birds like robins, wrens n finches n tits to feed and keeps the bigger birds away because it's so small an area...

Even the tought of building site eye candy aint gonna replace that small patch of daily life to the colourful charachters that inhabit it...
