I will certainly second that, Rowan - I have been about demented over Cassie and her arthritis in her shoulder.

:magnify: Just Googled Exmarid lotion and it came up with lots of places to get it from,the reason I did this is when Jenny was ill the special vet hospital gave us the name of the drug she needed and told us to contact our local chemist and see how cheap they could supply us with it,sadly she died before we got that far.

The lotion was far better than the cream.
If it is still the same - you need a knitting needle or something to stir the segments up from the bottom.
I have known dogs with bad excema, which have not got any better with medication from the vet.
Then when they have had Exmarid, it has cleared.
My poodle once got a small patch.
It never ever came back again.
