That is horrendous!
I thought the rescue dog my son and grandson got was emaciated- but she pales into insignificance when you see that!

Are you going to have her, Miggsy?

She looks just like Jenny did when we first got her.
I can't put a pic on - because my scanner is not working.

That poor dog may only have been roaming for a few days - you will know as well as I do, that if they do not eat for a day or two, the weight just drops off them.
Having said that - I would willingly kill the owners.
