Lennon (daughter's kitten which S.I.L rescued from recycling centre) became a mother yesterday- and she's just a kitten herself!

Culprit was Minty, the fluffy black and white cat from next-door, who spends the time between breakfast and dinner on my grand-daughter's bed.

AWWWWw the wee soul!! I had a cat once who started having kittens FAR too early - the fly bugger used to manage to get out evey time and I have a terrible job homing them all. Eventually we managed to catch her before a tomcat did and got her "sorted"!! Then she became a fat and fearsome creature who terorised men - she tolerated females!!

AAAAW they are lovely!

Jaffa Gingerbits was born to a very young mother, and she has always been very small. Although she thinks she is a tiger!

The babies will be snatched up...........

If the babies aren't snatched up, Monsy- the S-I-L has "persuaded" all the men at his work that, as Lennon was "their" kitten until he adopted her, they have a responsibility to get/give them good homes.

They should be cute though, both Lennon and Minty are fluffy cats. It will be interesting to see what colour they end up.

Tried to get a photo of Skye (the Springer) in the basket licking mother and babies- but by the time I dragged the camera out again, she had wandered off! :x
