Meet Dolly

We have just had her 2 weeks, I have been pretty lonely since Sophie died. Have asked myself questions about getting another dog because of my age etc: tried to weigh up the pros and cons. Decided that oka, so what, having a pet is proven to be beneficial to ones health as you get older, they help lower bloodpressure, are good as far as companionship, makes you keep more active. In the end the benefits far out did the reasons not to.
Although she is a top quality Papillon, she has had a bit of a rough time lately due to being sold and then returned to the breeder, spending time caged up with the intention of being used for breeding purposes but because she was the wrong colour, after a while, returned to her previous owner in a very nervous and hungry condition. Because of this it was decided she would be found a pet home where she would be loved and cared for. That home is ours. Picture in my Gallery :welcome1:

Thanks friends, she is so tiny less than 9inches, and proving a joy to have. I felt it my only answer to lonelyness, she has sure filled that postition. Although of high pedigree her life has not been pleasant, when you see them at Crufts, who knows what goes on behind the scenes.
