I have just heard about a petition to stop puppy farming.
The only thing is - I have just had a look, and it looks the same as that one which is in the news about car taxes.

So - is this another spam thing, or what.

Had a look. All the petitions are of the same format, it appears anyone can set up a petition. So, no, it's not spam.
