Sniffer Dog

The dog sniffs a passenger, turns to the handler and wags its tail. What does that mean? the man asks and the handler says this passenger is carrying cocaine.
The dog sniffs another passenger, turns to the handler and barks three times. What does that mean? asks the man and the handler says that the passenger is carrying heroin.
Again the dog sniffs another passenger and promptly jumps up into the handler's arms and covers the poor chap in poo, all down his nice clean uniform.
What does that mean? asks the man holding his nose.
