June, that is one of my favourite ways of cooking fish, I love to do whole Trout in newspaper, season and fill with herbs and wrap fish in newspaper, about 2 small sheets, soak with water, shake and put in hot oven, till paper is crisp, when you take it out you can cut open the paper and the skin of the fish should come off with the paper and you are left with just the flesh of the fish.

Not sure about this being related to one of the 'above' in photo :oops: :oops:
