Hello everyone,
Dita, I am sorry to hear about your tooth, and Penny, I am sorry to hear about the shock you had .

Andere, I had to laugh about Moggsie, and I have never heard of a pet getting into such a state with its non-human feeder!! :D

Thanks Penny and Vannin, blooming teefs, they cause trouble most of yer life one way or another, got to wait now until 30th to have it out. Decided your son passed it on Penny, he tried to get rid of his pain and gave it me:) Turning much colder, get your thermals out everyone. Big hugs from doggie, and me.

Morning Dita and all,big hugs and kisses all round. Weather lovely and sunny, just a little colder. Off for weekly shop. Hubby dashed off early to Aldi and bought another 8 lovely rose bushes. They are super. I think I mentioned we bought a lot last year and they are still blooming. Only £1,89 each, have lost count how many we have now but they are super. Hope your tooth is easier today Dita. Hope to see son for lunch, still awaiting the dental appointment for his wisdom tooth removal. Not an easy job. Hope all are o.k. have a lovely day and hope to catch you later. Tried earlier but had a lot of trouble with this machine. Only just got it sorted. cheers Penny

Morning Penny and all. Will have to see if those roses are in our Aldi's, I love them too. Hope you enjoy lunch with son, I sympathise with him, hope he soon gets appointment through, is he going to the hospital to have it taken out? I know that often happens. Sunny morning but big black clouds visiting along with wind, doggie walkies involved a nasty shower, she needs hugs now and says thanks for hers :) Still in a bit of pain waiting for antibiotics to work, guess I'll survive. Take care Penny :) and all.

Hi Dita, sorry you are still suffering. Went to Sainsbury;',no word from son, I know he had a London meeting due but wasn't sure when . Weather turning cold and it is rather windy now. I think our bad spell is about to begin. Not sure about son and dentist. He goes to a private practice and I think they did say that he would have it done there, not sure tho'. It is due a week today. Will let you know. Extra hugs for doggie to make up for cold walkies. cheers Penny

Hi, all - As my dear old dad used to say, it's almost cold enough for a walking stick today! Haven't seen any rain yet, although the Rain Today website shows quite a lot not far away but the wind is vicious and quite unsettling.

So sorry about your friend Penny. It's always horrible to get news like that out of the blue. Commiserations about the tooth, Dita - nasty business but let's hope the antibiotics kick in soon and you start to feel better. Purrs and hugs to all from here.

Not much to report right now; nothing is happening this week but that's absolutely not a complaint - I rather enjoy doing quiet and uneventful :)

Morning Dita and all what a turn up, arose to lovely sunshine and now it is raining. Not at all pleasant. Sorry doggie, can't promise a good walkies today. Extra hugs instead. Got some bread in again, the chappie rang to say he would be here to do the lawns, hope it gives up raining before p.m. Do hope you are feeling better Dita, got a bit worried, not heard from son, have a feeling he has gone to Madrid. I know he mentioned going somewhere like that but we did not take in any dates. Have to wait and see, fingers crossed. Big kisses for pussies, won't enjoy outside frolics today. Having fun watching the squirrels last evening, they are over the moon to see the lovely conkers we have on the lawn at the front. They keep coming along, taking one and burying it somewhere then come back for another. The we found some of the jackdaws were coming along, digging them up and carrying them off. We laughed when the squirrels came to check their hoard, none there. It was very amusing to see the way they just seemed amazed at no conker in the hole. Got some lovely Piri Piri chicken for lunch. Take care all and have a good, if wet, day. cheers Penny

Good morning Penny and all. Very blustery, rainy, very short walkies this morning, hugs welcome cos it was a bit chilly out. Lovely story about the Squirrels v Jackdaws, I spend much time watching what is going on in the garden, it gets very funny at times. Hope you manage to get your lawns done today, he will be happy to get his supply of bread. Also hope you will soon get news from your son whether he is in Madrid or not doesn'nt matter as long as he ok. At moment wishing I'd got rid of the damn tooth the other day, did not want a gap in my front teeth, so vain me having to suffer. Keep your chin up Penny :) Take care of yourself, and all out there.

A soggy good afternoon to all! Yeuk - it's like all the rain in the sky has decided to fall at once.... and so perishin' cold!
Trust us to get it wrong: I've just finished packing for a weekend away in Wiltshire and the forecast seems to be for more of the same as today. We're going to a vintage bus running day on Sunday so I've packed loads of winter stuff, jumpers and gloves and so on 'cos we are going to freeze!!. I've still got the rotten cold and don't really want to go at all but OH refuses to go without me, keeps saying I'll enjoy it when I get there. Yeah, right; feeling like a leper while I splutter and sneeze over everyone - bound to have a great time, aren't I?
Oh, sorry, everyone. I'm just feeling cranky and having a one-woman pity party here. Back Tuesday next week when I expect to feel much better. Good luck with the dentist, Dita & I hope you catch up with your offspring Penny.
Have a lovely weekend everybody; stay dry and warm.

Well, I give up. Have posted twice on here today and posts have vanished. Started one this morning and had to cut out because DIL arrived with granddaughter. Son o.k. been and still is very busy with meetings. Carried on with a post and daughter arrived. She is having teething problems would you believe. We all belong to the same dentist club so sorted out an appointment for her. Costs a bomb these days to belong to a private dentist but at least we can get sorted quite quickly. Hope you are feeling better Dita, Fingers crossed, all this worry I woke with aching teeth today, think I must have been chewing on them all night due to fretting about son. Now, perhaps I can relax. Big hug for doggy, sorry about the weather and big kisses for all pussies about. Heres hoping this post makes it. cheers Penny

Hooray, it did.
