I thought I had one this morning Carol because I could hear a sqeaking sound but realised it was my own chest making the ruddy noise.
I think I could do with being oiled.

Think the problem might be you are giving the chappie too much choice. Just try one trap with food on. cheers Penny

We've left the traps down - baited with peanut butter but I don't hold out much hope of catching it.
It's such a clever little mouse I reckon it deserves to live. I've just been on e-bay and ordered a humane mouse trap.

It catches it alive and then we have to release it somewhere away from the house.

That's a job for Tony!!

Years ago when i lived in Lincolnshire we backed onto an open field sometimes had cows in.
Anyway we found a mouse in the downstairs bathroom, and my hubby was going shopping as we lived out in the sticks,so i stayed at home but i was scared to meet up with the mouse,he said its ok as they dont come out during the day :roflmao: but guess what he was wrong so he got an ear bashing when he finally got home.

I saw the mouse again last night but once again he's avoided three traps baited with peanut butter!!
I think my only hope of catching him now is the humane trap.

I'm waiting for it to come from Ebay.

The humane mousetrap came today.
It's all baited and set. It will be Tony's job to take him outside & set him free. (if we catch him)
