I suppose it depends a bit on which country, or which part.

As I've posted before, wall to wall sunshine most days and our NHS. while struggling, is generally coping.

The only days I have not been able to get out is because of sunshine.

Sorry you're feeling low though Lavonne. I could trot out a'll' the usual platitudes, but if you'e got the blues, you've got the blues, ain't that the truth!

If you can't beat them, enjoy them. Have a glass of sherry, even if it is only 9.00!

I'm currently laid up in bed with a nasty virus. Not had a drink or been out all week.

Oh dear. I wish I'd never started this!

Two years ago I developed an allergy to sherry, and envy of you lot has made me depressed too!

Oh dear. Sorry so many are feeling so low and I hope the outlook is brighter soon and the bugs all vanquished.
Laurie, I recommend a move to Lincolnshire. It's barely got light here for days on end, certainly no problems with too much sunlight!

If you have a cough Carol.Rub vick in the soles of your feet at bedtime and put socks on.That cures night time coughing.Every time I have a cough that is what I do,and it does work.Take care.x

Is this the general coughing bug that is going around?

Did you take up your flu jab Carol?

Yes I had the flu jab. This is like flu but without the high temperature.

Thanks for the Vicks tip Maggie. I'll try it.
