It's Nice to be Eccentric!

Nice to be an age when you don't give a damn.

Earlier this week I donned a pair of tan up-market Hush Puppies, blue, bamboo socks, some tattered and stained blue jeans, a crisp cotton coral pink short sleeved shirt, a red silk brocade waistcoat (they clashed horribly!),a gaudy Dior Italian silk tie and a dark blue straw snap brimmed fedora before venturing out.

I even managed a wave to one of my young female admirers as she shouted "Go, Laurie, Go!" as I eased my chair out into traffic!

I guess I'm firmly in the male equivalent of purple dress country.

Come on, Carol.

I admit to being eccentric, not deranged!

Anyway, I can't even send my son a photo without the aid of an envelope and postage stamp so putting emo on here is unlikely!
