I should start by saying that I think the whole concept of "beauty contests" is abhorrent and that, if they must exist, none of the participants should be permitted to wear any kind of cosmetics. The judges should see the entrants, not the artwork on their eyelids.
All that being said, I'd think Angela has as good a chance of winning as anybody and good luck to her. Winning might help to promote understanding of transgender issues and enlist sympathy and help for those forced to live the "wrong" life due to physical anomalies and wider society's nudge-nudge, smutty laugh attitudes or - much worse - persecution and attack.
