8oz digestive biscuits
4 oz unsalted butter
1 tin condensed milk 397m
half pint double cream. Elmlea is ideal
2 lemons ( juice of two and zest of one. )
Lined with grease=proof 9 in tin
Crush biscuits until like sand,
Melt butter gently and pour over biscuits. mix gently and put into tin. (Put in fridge for hour or a little more,
In a basin. stir creams and juice and zest and mix gently.
Pour gently over biscuits and put in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
Done.
This is how I do it, you can sprinkle top with grated chocolate or broken nuts etc, Up to you
