Use to go to a holiday camp with the children years and years ago at Dymchurch, loved the little railway there, wonder if its still there.
Just finished my 'shift at the Heritage center then had lunch with friend at garden center now home for a quite weekend in the garden,

Think I might put pens in my pot, have not got a plant small enough for it.

Do you 'peep' in to ardies, I do but soon log out again, just like to see if purwell is still OK,

Have a good weekend all, hope the sun keeps shining,

Oh yes the little railway train is still at Dymchurch and still working.Children used to like going on there.Think us adults did too.I .It is quite expensive nowadays,

I look in Ardies nearly every day but it is quiet there too.I can't post there as I'm not a member,

The vase does look good Widget now it is finished.

Enjoy the weekend relaxing in the garden tomorrow hope its good weather for you.

Good morning from a sunny Kent.Yesterday I went out with both grandsons and daughter in law. They can all walk miles. We parked so far away from the venue we were going to.Luckily for me it was a flat walk there and back.Since I fell down on the sand I can't walk very well on it.I took my sandals off as they fill up with gritty stuff. Was a lovely afternoon out though.

Today I am going out for lunch down by the seaside with my buss pass.

It is going to be hot again today think I will carry my hand fan with me today.

Enjoy the day.

Tuesday, it's turned cold, but had 2 bowls matches, Sunday and Monday, both nice and cool,
Daughter coming this morning to help me tidy my front garden, after a hectic week last week, got an easy week this week.
Still no sign of rain, so just keep warm.

Good afternoon,
Not out and about today, will go in the garden to sweep the lawn of at some point this afternoon, my hollyhocks are flowering very well I have pink and also white ones. The delightful neighbours decided she didn't like one touching her fence so snapped it,I have tied it with string to a thin cane so hoping it survives, now having to keep an eye on the others.
My eldest granddaughter was 20 yesterday, they grow up so quick, the youngest grandson will be 11 in November.
It's sunny and slightly windy here today but no rain forecast.
Hope your having a nice day in the garden widget,I put 2 eggs out for the fox lastnight and he hasn't taken them yet so he can have them later.

Funeral yesterday, went to help friend with computer this morning, and yesterday I found my hot water was not working, hit and swore at boiler, but red light kept coming on, I only had it serviced last tuesday by British Gas, phoned them, and after pressing loads of buttons was speaking to a 'man' I could not understand, and while doing that still pressing buttons it seemed to work, so said a thank you to him/her, and so far the water is hot, think it is the control thing on the wall.
Am trying to phone a bowling friend and keep getting no reply, as he lives on his own am getting worried, will try again tomorrow.

Will try and relax and do some puzzle tonight but think I might have early night, am reading a good book and want to finish it.

Hope to have a day in garden tomorrow, hope your fox's find their eggs.

First sign of spring! Frosty start to the day but soon all the white grass is gone when hit by the sun's shafts of light. Beautiful day followed.
Aardies forum is very quiet. Only Purwell, Aardi and me and even these are only occasional.

Spring, we are looking at Autumn,
I know all forums are looking a bit thin, I do look in to Aardies but don't post now, she is sometimes on IDF always arguing or disliking others posts, don't think I really like her, also look to see how Purwell is getting on.

I am now on a Facebook page called Silversurfers Group, it is very private, all post are vetted first by 3 moderates, and the rules are no politics or arguments, I like it, it is very friendly, if you are on FB take look, you have to be 'passed' to join,

I am waiting for the Gas man again, had a boiler service 2 weeks ago and now have no hot water, really annoyed,

Anyone looked at the Facebook page I said??
Gas man came put a new 'bit' in and got a bill for £150 am disputing it, don't expect to win but worth a try,
Went and had my car valeted today, first time I have done it, but was so pleased, cost £45 but well worth it, the inside looks like new.

Agree with you about Ardie, she is always have rows on IDF.
Bowles match tomorrow, season nearly over.
