I bought some dried Apricots at 'Julian Graves' I have used some of them in muffins, cakes etc, and just eating them as they are. they are jucier than dried ones, anywhere else.
I still have a lot left and thought of bottling them, then I thought would it be alright to soak them overnight, put them in bottles and pour Brandy or Port or anything else over them, and that would be that.
Who knows? Help please?
