1&1/2 oz. marg
1&1/2 oz plain flour
1 chicken stock cube dissolved in 1/2 pint boiling water
1 tea cup of milk
any left over chicken pieces
optional extras
4 or 5 cooked and sliced mushrooms
Melt marg in a saucepan
add flour and mix well
add chicken stock
add milk
add left over chicken
add mushrooms if used.
Stir well and simmer gently for 15 mins OR put in suitable dish and
Microwave with cover on for 10 minutes on medium heat
Season with black pepper
Stir in a little cream before serving if used.
Serve with vegetable of choice
Any creamy mix left over after dining makes a lovely thick soup.
