Ingredients.
1. GALLON COLD WATER
11/4 lbs SUGAR
7 HEADS OF ELDER FLOWERS
2 LEMONS, SLICED
2 TABLESPOONS WHITE WINE VINEGAR.
METHOD.
Boil water.
Pour over sugar.
When cold add flower heads, lemon slices and vinegar
Cover.
Leave to stand 4 - 6 weeks.
Syphon off
NOTE. Use very stong bottles as this is fizzy.
