'If you are a steak eater'
2 oz butter at room temperature.
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon coarse grained mustard
Mix all together and put in cling film, making a roll shape.
Put in fridge for about an hour.
Cut a slice of the butter to spread on cooked steak.
Freeze the rest.. When taken from the freezer, cut off thin slices needed (putting rest back in freezer). Leave slices a few hours to thaw.
