After 52 years of marriage, I'm delighted to tell you that, at last, I can make beautiful Yorkshire Puddings; till now, this wonderful art had entirely bypassed me.
Sick and tired of turning out half-cooked flat-as-pancake 'things' I turned to the internet for the solution and - hey presto - a minor miracle occurred last Sunday lunch-time; my bosum fairly swelled with pride. Should have taken a picture

I used a 4 pan Yorkshire Pudding tin and half the quantity of ingredients.
