Similar again today, with an indifferent sky. My Clematis Montana has been holding its own against the strong winds. It climbs on top of three conifers which overlook the pavement, so it attracts attention!!

Dull sky and slight breeze. Looks as though a little rain is due later.

Good morning Penny and anyone else that pops by.

Did your grandson have a lovely 21st Penny.I have'nt done much lately.I did go and see little Logan last week which was lovely for a hug.

Did you watch the eurovision lastnight,I stayed with it until the scoring was halfway. Then gave up and went to sleep.

It is now raining here.

Yesterday afternoon I moved the tumble dryer into the bathroom. In a while I will be moving it back to the kitchen. Not enough room in the bathroom.

Enjoy the rest of the day and take care.

My Clematis is in my Victoria plum tree, the trouble is my plumb tree was well and truly pruned this year, and most of my Clematis with it, so I am not sure if it will survive. Weather very much the same as yesterday. Your Trixie does sound similar to Dolly as regards feeding Vannin, little minx > Love and hugs to you both xxxxxx

Seven metre high waves are hitting the West Coast here. Glad I don't live on a beach! Raining steadily now. Damned winter ! I don't know why the govt allows it!

Sorry to hear about the seasonal rough weather Ciderman.
I was looking up a geographical term online at the weekend, and happened to find an item about Zealandia! I had never hard about it before, but it seems there is this extra continent in your hemisphere, mostly under the sea, but which New Zealand is a part of ??.

Never learned this at school or anywhere else, and am very intrigued. :dunno:

Yes it's now accepted as part of the tectonic plate that we sit on, and split off when Gondwana split apart about 180 million years ago.

It is hard to imagine 180 million years ago, and a human life span is microscopic in comparison. Like measuring an ant beside a dinosaur!!

Commenting on how the day's weather has been. Every time Trixie went outside, it pelted down and sent her scurrying back. How I wish I could send our rain and Ciderman's rain to California, where they are now having drought conditions. My cousins say all the green areas have turned yellow, and they fear and dread wild fires like last year.

I would gladly send my up and down weather too Vannin, I am having the same rain problem as Trixie. The world is in complete chaos.

Today has been a bit more dry so far. I ought to touch wood!
I am quite worried about the likelihood of floods in the U.K. while worried again about California's drought conditions, knowing how it was last time. Indeed chaos in the world Dita, as you said.
