Morning all. lovely and sunny here so far. keeping fingers crossed as foeast was not too goo for the rest of the week.

I get so annoyed with the weather, am playing bowls this afternoon, and all morning the weather forecast looks good, so got all appropriate clothes at the ready, just checked forecast again, and it says thundery showers, I give up,

I used to love Bowls and was part of our towns team, can understand how you feel about then weather when you are so looking forward to whacking that jack widget. Its great in Lincs at the moment. hope it dries up your end too xx :grouphug:

Half an hour ago there was a violent hailstorm followed by more rain while, misleadingly, the sky is blue with a few clouds.

Morning all. Rather dull and very windy blowing the blossom from the apple trees. Not sure if we will have rain but mixed weather forecast for the next week or so, cheers Penny

Really sunny earlier, but defo lion like now, my new cleaner/gardener was going to come and do a bit of gardening after she had finished cleaning for my neighbour-----had to cancel that :( anyway there is still that to look forward too. Have still my bowls, bag and shoes in my wardrobe Widget, such a great hobby. xx

Odd you put this on vannin, we were only saying yesterday, I bet we have a heatwave at Xmas, Have to remember this near to June, see if the forecasters get it right. cheers Penny

Had an extremely windy day and some rain. Wind is more like a gale. So heavy, no birds about.

Very dark and miserable today. at least the heavy wind has gone. Looking out, no sign of the clouds lifting.

The same here. Quite cold indoors and not wanting to keep using the central heating now in late May, am using two small but powerful electric heaters.
