Good afternoon on this awful weather day.Rain and wind here and soon be time to close the dark out.Will turn the heating on soon until its time to move to my bedroom.

I did have a nice walk this morning after having my blood pressure checked though,then walk up 30 steps to my flat. Apparently the weather is going to be awful tomorrow again.

Keep warm and comfy.Oh Penny you can wash your blanket with wires in.I googled it yesterday.But if it's not too dirty just turn the blanket over.I have 2 blankets with wires but i'm not putting them in the washing machine.

Thank you maggieh, I am leaving blanket as it is. I cannot believe the weather today, This morning it was pouring down and black as the Ace of Spades. Suddenly the sun is shining and only a breeze. Wonder if anything good on TV now. keep warm

Thanks widget. Gave up in the end and went to bed with only lemonade.. Such a lovely sunny day day, only a slight breeze and still very cold. Do you ever make a mistake in your days? I awoke this morning thinking it was Tuesday, was amazed to hear the bin-men come.Thought, Oh they must have changed the day.! It was only when my son sent a message that I realized I was wrong. Stupid me. Hope all are well and keeping warm.Looking forward to this evening when son is bringing a Chinese meal to share with me. cheers

Good afternoon on a dark Thursday afternoon its only 3.30 too.Cold now as well seems a bit early to put my heating on as it be on till at least 5 hours.And cost a lot.

Did you enjoy your chinese yesterday Penny?Lovely son you have to keep a eye on you with lovely food.

I went out yesterday afternoon to paint a little snowman model.
